29 CFR §1601.2 | TERMS DEFINED IN TITLE VII OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT, THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT, AND THE GENETIC INFORMATION NONDISCRIMINATION ACT
The term disability shall have the meaning set forth in section 3 of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
The term genetic information shall have the meaning set forth in section 201 of the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008.
