AOSC 21-19 | IN RE: MEDIATOR ETHICS ADVISORY COMMITTEE

The Mediator Ethics Advisory Committee provides written advisory opinions to mediators concerning interpretations of the Florida Rules for Certified and Court-Appointed Mediators and guidance on standards of conduct.

Sandra Victor has resigned from her service on the committee. In accordance with rule 10.910, Florida Rules for Certified and Court-Appointed Mediators, the following Supreme Court certified mediator is appointed to complete the remainder of Ms. Victor’s four-year term, which expires on June 30, 2022:
SOUTHWEST DIVISION:
Mr. Brian T. Gruber
Seminole, Florida
In addition, the terms of three committee members expire on June 30, 2021. In accordance with the rule, the following certified mediators are hereby reappointed to serve on the committee for a term that expires on June 30, 2025:
NORTHERN DIVISION:
Mr. Eugene R. Presley, Jr.
Tallahassee, Florida
CENTRAL DIVISION:
Ms. Jean M. Dwyer
Ormond Beach, Florida
SOUTHWEST DIVISION:
Mr. John Prevas
Belleair, Florida
