Dear Court Services:
Enclosed for your review is the Juror Pool Selection Plan for Franklin County. Included is the proposed hardware, software, random number generator program and algorithms to be used in the jury selection process. We are seeking Office of the State Courts Administrator review and Supreme Court approval of this process.
Chief Judge Jonathan Sjostrom has reviewed the attached documentation. A signed statement indicating his review is attached.
