Re: Juror Selection Application

Dear Court Services:

Enclosed for your review is the Juror Pool Selection Plan for Alachua County. Included is the proposed hardware, software, random number generator program and algorithms to be used in the jury selection process. We are seeking Office ofthe State Courts Administrator review and Supreme Court approval of this process.

The Honorable Robert E. Roundtree, Chief Judge of the Eighth Judicial Circuit, has reviewed the attached documentation. A copy of his letter indicating his approval is attached.

Please let me know if you need any additional information. I look forward to the Court's approval of this proposed jury pool selection plan.
