Notice
Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in accordance with 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 48 No. 180, September 15, 2022 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.BODY
60Y-3.001 Definitions.(4) “Complaint” means a written statement which alleges the occurrence of an unlawful employment practice, which is signed and verified by the Complainant, and includes an amended complaint.
