ART. IV POL. 2 | TREATMENT OF STAFF
With respect to the treatment of staff, the Executive Director shall not cause or allow statutes that are unfair, undignified, disorganized, or unclear. Furthermore, the Executive Director shall not:
1. Operate without written human resources policies and procedures that provide for effective handling of grievances and protect against wrongful statutes, such as nepotism and preferential treatment for personal reasons.
2. Discriminate or retaliate against any staff person.
