Good Morning FCHR,

The EEOC’s Atlanta District Office just informed me that they have no record of the complaint (ie, my complaint) that you [supposedly] forwarded to them. So, may you please share the following information about your supposed transmission:
Date Transmitted:
Transmitter’s Name:
Recipient’s Name:
Communication Method:
“Date Transmitted” = the date in which the FCHR “sent” my complaint to the EEOC
“Transmitter’s Name” = the name of the FCHR staffperson who “sent” my complaint to the EEOC (please consult §760.03(7) FS)
“Recipient’s Name” = the name of the EEOC staffperson who the FCHR “sent” my complaint to (please include general mailboxes – if applicable {eg, “info@EEOC.gov”})
“Communication Method” = the manner in which the FCHR “sent” my complaint to the EEOC (eg, “via email”, “via postal mail”, etc.)
Quick History:
1. On July 31, 2023, I dual-filed my charge of employment discrimination (attached).

2. On August 3, 2023, your investigator confirmed ‘actual receipt’ (please see 60Y-5.001(3) FAC).

3. On September 5, 2023, I asked your agency for a status update*.

4. On September 13, 2023, I asked your agency to tell me what my case number was/is*.

5. On September 28, 2023, your executive director told me that my complaint “was sent to the Atlanta District Office for processing”.
a. That same day, she told me to contact the Atlanta District Office.
6. As of today’s date (10/5/23), the EEOC’s database still does not have record of my complaint.

7. As of today’s date (10/5/23), your agency has failed to disclose my case number(s).

*I’ve called/emailed multiple times since then
Please answer by 2:00 PM EST today (10/5/23). I’ve been harmed by your delays (and past transgressions), and I need to proceed to the next phase.

As a reminder: your obstructions are in direct violation of your 2023 Workshare Agreement (see Section 2E). So, please stop: (a) breaking the law; and (b) violating my rights. You can do so by providing me the [above-cited] case information.

Thank You,

Congratulations! You're now booked up on Communication ZZ from the series of communications which reveal the way the FCHR obstructs cases of discrimination (by manufacturing issues of timeliness)!

Keep this in mind while you litigate your civil rights case in Florida. Also, keep in mind the FCHR's statutory ability to accept bribes.

Plus - at all times - keep the 7th Amendment of the US Constitution (your right to a trial-by-jury) in mind.

As always, please get the justice you deserve.
