Good Morning FCHR,

Communication Method: |
“Transmitter’s Name” = the name of the FCHR staffperson who “sent” my complaint to the EEOC (please consult §760.03(7) FS)
“Recipient’s Name” = the name of the EEOC staffperson who the FCHR “sent” my complaint to (please include general mailboxes – if applicable {eg, “info@EEOC.gov”})
“Communication Method” = the manner in which the FCHR “sent” my complaint to the EEOC (eg, “via email”, “via postal mail”, etc.)
2. On August 3, 2023, your investigator confirmed ‘actual receipt’ (please see 60Y-5.001(3) FAC).

*I’ve called/emailed multiple times since then
As a reminder: your obstructions are in direct violation of your 2023 Workshare Agreement (see Section 2E). So, please stop: (a) breaking the law; and (b) violating my rights. You can do so by providing me the [above-cited] case information.
Thank You,
