Fact #1: Disability Discrimination charges are the 2
nd most commonly charged basis at the
FCHR (out of 11).
Appearing in 30% of all cases (see statistics bar at the top ("pTot" column)).
Fact #2: More times than not, Disability Discrimination charges are
not accompanied by another charge (ie, dis+age). This is different from all of the other known charges of discrimination (
compare the "pOnly" columns as you flip through different webpages).
Takeaway #1: The prevalence of disability discrimination has not abated throughout the years (1/1/00 – present). As evidenced by the relatively flat annual proportions (see “
Percents” graph).
Congratulations! You're now
booked up on how often Disability Discrimination charges get filed with the
FCHR each year!
Keep this in mind while you litigate your civil rights case in Florida. Also, keep in mind
the FCHR's statutory ability to accept bribes.
Plus - at all times - keep the
7th Amendment of the US Constitution (your right to a
trial-by-jury) in mind.
As always, please get the justice you deserve.
Sincerely,
