This includes claims alleging illegalities that occurred in trial (for example, ineffective assistance of counsel), sentencing (including fines and restitution orders), or disciplinary proceedings in prison (for example, loss of good time credits). Habeas petition under 28 USC §2254 or prisoner habeas under 28 USC §2241.
