ITEM 5.2.5 | CERTIFICATION PROCESS
The certifying entity is the FCTC. The FCTC delegates its authority to make initial certification determinations to the State Courts Administrator.
5.2.5.1
Administrative Decision. The FCTCshallissue certification or notice that certification has been denied, within a reasonable time. Unless an interested party files a written application for review within thirty days of the FCTC’s decision, that decision will constitute the final decision of the FCTC.
5.2.5.2
Review and Final Action. A review of any disputed certification decision is conducted by a subcommittee of the FCTC appointed by its Chair for that purpose. The subcommittee’s decision shall constitute final action unless, within 30 days of its rendition, the FCTC adopts a resolution accepting review of the certification decision.
