Section 937.028(1), F.S. When fingerprints are taken for the purpose of identifying a child, should that child become missing, the state agency, public or private organization, or other person taking such fingerprints shall not release the fingerprints to any law enforcement agency or other person for any purpose other than the identification of a missing child.
