Information in a character and credit report furnished to the Department of Financial Services as part of an application for licensure as a bail bond agent is confidential and exempt from s. 119.07(1). Section 648.39(1), F.S. Information furnished to the Department of Financial Services pursuant to this subsection regarding the termination of appointment of a managing general agent, bail bond agent, or temporary bail bond agent is confidential and exempt from s. 119.07(1).
