Except as otherwise provided in this paragraph, a memorandum or other material in support of the actuarial opinion required to be furnished to the Office of Insurance Regulation under this subsection, is confidential and exempt from s. 119.07(1) and is not subject to subpoena or discovery directly from the Office. Section 625.1214(1), F.S. Documents, reports, materials, and other information created, produced, or obtained pursuant to ss. 625.121 and 625.0212 (valuation of policies and contracts) are privileged, confidential, and exempt as provided in s. 624.4212, and are not subject to subpoena or discovery directly from the Office of Insurance Regulation.
