Information relative to formulas of products acquired by the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services pursuant to the registration of pesticides is confidential and exempt from s. 119.07(1). Section 487.041(5), F.S. Confidential data received from the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services by governmental agencies in providing review and comment to the department regarding pesticide registration shall be confidential and exempt from s. 119.07(1).
