Section 447.205(10), F.S. Deliberations of the Public Employees Relations Commission in any proceeding before it are exempt from s. 286.011 except any hearing held or oral argument heard by the commission pursuant to Ch. 120 or Ch. 447 shall be open to the public. All draft orders developed in preparation for or preliminary to the issuance of a final written order are confidential and exempt from s. 119.07(1). Section 447.307(2), F.S. The petitions and dated statements signed by employees regarding whether employees desire to be represented in a proposed bargaining unit are confidential and exempt from s. 119.07(1), except that an employee, employer, or employee organization shall be given an opportunity to verify and challenge signatures as provided in the subsection. Section 447.605(1), F.S. All discussions between the chief executive officer of a public employer, or his or her representative, and the legislative body or the public employer relative to collective bargaining shall be closed and exempt from s. 286.011. Section 447.605(3), F.S. All work products developed by the public employer in preparation for and during collective bargaining negotiations shall be confidential and exempt from s. 119.07(1).
