That portion of a meeting held by the Department of Children and Families, CareerSource Florida, Inc., or a local workforce development board or local committee created pursuant to s. 455.007 at which personal identifying information contained in records relating to temporary cash assistance is discussed is exempt from open meetings requirements, if the information identifies a participant, a participant’s family or household member. Section 414.295(1), F.S. Except as provided in the exemption, personal identifying information of a temporary cash assistance program participant, a participant’s family or a participant’s family or household member, except for information identifying a noncustodial parent, held by the agencies set forth in the exemption, is confidential and exempt from public disclosure requirements.
