Section 406.075(3)(b), F.S. All proceedings and findings of the probable cause panel investigating a medical examiner are exempt from s. 286.011 until probable cause has been found or the subject of the investigation waives confidentiality. The complaint, investigative findings, and recommendations of the probable cause panel are exempt from s. 119.07(1) until 10 days after probable cause has been found or until the subject has waived confidentiality. The commission may provide such information at any time to any law enforcement or regulatory agency. Section 406.135, F.S. Except as provided in the exemption, autopsy photographs and video and audio recordings of an autopsy held by the medical examiner are confidential and exempt from public disclosure.
