Section 393.0674, F.S. It is a third degree felony for any person to willfully, knowingly, or intentionally release information from the juvenile records, and a first degree misdemeanor for any person to willfully, knowingly, or intentionally release information from the criminal records or central abuse registry, of a person obtained under s. 393.0655, s. 393.066, or s. 393.067 to any other person for any purpose other than screening for employment as specified in those sections. Section 393.13(4)(i)1., F.S. Central client records of persons with developmental disabilities are confidential and exempt from s. 119.07(1) and no part of such records shall be released except as authorized in this paragraph.
