Section 364.107, F.S. Personal identifying information of a participant in a telecommunications carrier’s Lifeline Assistance Plan under s. 364.10 held by the Public Service Commission is confidential and exempt except as provided therein. Section 364.183, F.S. Records provided by a telecommunications company to the Public Service Commission which are found by the commission to constitute proprietary confidential business information as defined in the section shall be confidential and exempt from s. 119.07(1).
