Section 311.13, F.S. Seaport security plans created pursuant to s. 311.12 are exempt from public disclosure. Materials that depict critical seaport operating facilities are also exempt if the seaport reasonably determines that such items contain information that is not generally known and that could jeopardize seaport security.
