Section 101.5607(1)(d), F.S. Section 119.071(1)(f) which provides an exemption from s. 119.07(1) for data processing software designated as sensitive, applies to all software on file with the Department of State. Section 101.62(3), F.S. Information regarding a request for a vote-by-mail ballot that is recorded by the supervisor of elections pursuant to this subsection is confidential and exempt from s. 119.07(1) and shall be made available to or reproduced only for the individuals and entities set forth in the exemption, for political purposes only.
