As the above sections demonstrate, the ethics
issues in practicing EEO law can be thorny. Indeed, as attorney-client relationships evolve and the law continues to change, one may anticipate that the ethics
issues may become even more complicated and that there may be
rule changes and/or
case law developments designed to address the changing environment. Thus, the prudent employment lawyer will remain ever-mindful of not only the existing ethical obligations but also the obligations that may arise from new
rules and
case law developments.
